Getting Here

Tickets can be purchased online through our ticketing partner, Prekindle, or at the box office when doors open for the show. Please visit our calendar page to purchase online tickets. Please note that the only way to ensure the validity of your ticket is by purchasing directly through our box office or our ticketing partner, Prekindle. Please exercise caution when purchasing tickets from any third party websites or resellers.

The Criterion is located in the heart of Bricktown in Oklahoma City. 500 East Sheridan Ave. on the corner of Sheridan Ave. and Charlie Christian Ave.

There is a parking lot directly west of the building, which is pay to park. The closest free parking is at Bass Pro Shop, 2 blocks South of The Criterion. We recommend carpooling or taking a rideshare or public transportation as parking may be limited at the venue and its surrounding neighborhood.

We recommend the AC Hotel Bricktown, Hyatt Place Bricktown, or Springhill Suites by Marriott! All 3 are within a block of the venue. There are also plenty of other options directly east of the venue.

There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Bricktown has options ranging from casual dining, to fast food! Midtown is about 10 minutes away, with a variety of local options, as well!

Times listed on our website and our ticketing page are door times. As a general rule of thumb, the show typically starts with the support band coming on an hour after door times. However, this is a very rough guideline and we generally recommend coming early to make sure you get a good spot and don’t miss the band!

Yes, you must have a valid, up-to-date, government-issued photo ID for any shows that are 18 or over. Your ID must be intact and not tampered with in any way or you may get denied entry. Most importantly, you must be at the minimum legal drinking age of 21 to purchase any alcoholic drinks at our bars.

Valid IDs include any government-issued photo ID including: Drivers License, Passport, or Military ID.

Invalid IDs include: Birth certificates, student IDs, etc.

We do allow re-entry until the time posted at the event by exit.

A fast pass is a ticket add-on that grants access to a designated fast pass line. While this line is not early entry, the amount of fast passes available to purchase is significantly lower, therefore, allowing a shorter line! Please keep in mind a fast pass is not a ticket and must require a ticket for entry. A fast pass is also not early entry and will enter at door time with any other lines.

While a full selection of popular beer, wine and liquors are available for purchase, no food service will be available unless announced in advance.

In most cases when a show is sold out, there will be no tickets available at the door. If tickets do become available, we will make a post on our social media channels. Please do not come to the venue during a sold out show if you do not have tickets.

All sales for our concerts are final. We do not offer refunds unless a show has been canceled or rescheduled. In those situations, we will notify ticket buyers directly about refunds.

Cash is accepted at our Box Office, Merch Table and Bars.

Unless otherwise requested by the artist performing, there are currently no specific requirements related to COVID-19. If an artist requests any specific restrictions, we will notify purchasers and fans ahead of time through email, our social media pages, and website.

No. There is no smoking permitted inside the Criterion (including e-cigarettes and vapes).
